Shipping and Return Terms for BraceStore.com

  1. To return a product to BraceStore.com for refund or exchange, you must request a Return Authorization (RA) Number within 7 days from the date the order is placed. This RA Number is valid for 4 days from the date issued. Please call toll-free (877) 269-3668 Monday - Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time to obtain a Return Authorization Number. All products returned without a RA Number or after the expiration date of the RA will be refused and returned to the Customer.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser on all returned orders.
    Refunds will be for the merchandise amount only.
    We do not refund any duties, taxes or fees paid on the order.

    You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, a 15% restocking fee will apply after 7 days.
    Items should be returned in their original packaging.
    We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (meaning that you received the wrong product).

    Exchange policy: To exchange an item you first need to contact our Customer Service department. Please attach a note including your order number and the new size for the exchange. And $5.00 money order/cashier's check to cover the Shipping & Handling for the replacement. Also, to return an item you will need to contact our Customer Service department for a Return Authorization Number and donwload our Return Authorization Form here in order to return any item that you have bought on AetrexFoot.com

  2. To receive a refund or exchange, the product must be in new condition in its original packaging and include all accessories and inserts. All returned products are inspected upon receipt. Any product that is soiled, worn for an extended time or otherwise considered by BraceStore.com not to be in "new condition" will be returned to the Customer; a $5.00 inspection fee and the cost of return shipping will be billed to the Customer's credit card used to place the order. Products returned without manufacturer's packaging or with damaged packaging will be charged a $5.00 per item repackaging fee.

  3. Refunds are made on the purchase price and any applicable sales tax of product returned. BraceStore.com does not refund any shipping charges. The amount refunded on a product will reflect any change to the order due to changes in eligibility for discounts and free products. Products returned for refund will be charged an inspection and restocking fee on the sales price of the product as follows:

    Product not opened (plastic bag sealed): 5% (minimum of $5.00 per order)

    Product opened: 15% (minimum of $5.00 per order)
  1. It is the responsibility of the Customer to pay for the shipping charge to return a product for refund or exchange. BraceStore.com strongly recommends that the product be shipped using a method where proof of delivery can be determined. A refund or exchange will not be issued for product that was not received by BraceStore.com.

  2. Orders where delivery has been refused by the Customer will be treated the same as a return for refund.

  3. If you are requesting an exchange for a different size, the shipping cost for the new size will be calculated based on the weight of the package, the destination and the shipping method. Shipping charges will be billed to your credit card.

BraceStore.com's orders are shipped via a BraceStore.com Preferred Partner in your area in order to facilitate quicker delivery and low shipping charges. Preferred Partners are a select group of dealers and distributors who are chosen by BraceStore.com based on their level of commitment in providing unique foot care products, quick, reliable service and professionally trained staff members. Actual delivery times may vary depending on ship-to locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow for credit approval, address verification, stock availability and order processing.

Shipping Costs vary depending on the location of the customer, zip code.
